Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Heal Unit
Numpad 2: Re-Power Unit
Numpad 3: Add 1000 Heath
Numpad 4: Add 1000 Power
Numpad 5: Add 10000 Experience
Numpad 6: Add 1 Level (Press SHIFT to Subtract 1 level)
Numpad 7: Add 50 Skill Points
Numpad 8: Add 50 Hero Points
Numpad 9: Add 999999 Gold
Numpad 0: Drain Unit Health

Notes
------

All Options affect the CURRENTLY SELECTED UNIT. Be careful when using options, as they
also affect the enemy as well (and friendlies). You can drain the health of enemy units
by selecting them first and then pressing the option for that, etc. This works on the
structures as well.

For Add 1 Level, you can hold SHIFT while pressing Numpad 6 to Subtract 1 Level

Thnx, All options work for me, but i did notice that when entering a new level, your health, power and money drop to there original size, also for the dungeon quests, like caves etc, all enemies have the same level as you, but thats a problem that can be fixed with the drain health option.

The same level thing is most likely the game dynamically trying to match the dungeon monsters to your own skill level and not the trainer giving them any options. Lots of games do this...

Is there any chance you can put a 'remove 1 level' option. Ive found using artmoney that by lowering my lvl before the end of a game level, the mobs dont go higher, then i just pop myself back to 30 so i can be uber again. Also ive discovered that when at 30 you find lvl 30 gear drops, which you then equip and keep on even after ive lowered my lvl again. having lvl 1-2 toon with a damage output of 500+ is pretty fun

BTW: all the values for level's exp etc. seem to be a floating value of 4byte, but you probably know that already
