To get quick babys-
shift+ctrl+c
Then type- boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
make sure you do it exactly like that. Then shift click your sim and click spawn then Tombstone of L and D. Then a stone should appear. click on it then click make pregnancy relations with... and then select the sim you want to make her pregnant and the baby music wi;; come on then if you want it to go by in one day click the stone again and click speed up pregnancy. Then right as she starts screaming pause the game do shift+ctrl+c and type forcetwins if you want 2 babys.

You can also get alien babys if you want. alls you do is click the tombstone and click make me alien pregnant!
