Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 Message Board  

Hi guys,

I'm new to all of this so please bear with me, i can get the "promo" version of this trainer to work but as you know it only gives you a couple of options, now today i downloaded the full version of this trainer and all the options are there, i load up the trainer, then the game, press F1 and i get the voice "trainer activated" ok, all is fine and the game starts, i press 1 on the number pad to give unlimited life and the game freezes??? i then have to get out of the game and when i do so there's a small window on my desktop which says " General Protection Mode " and the word "history" below it?? thats all it says nothing else, i've tried starting the game first then the trainer, and vice versa, also tried running both in Administration mode, but nothing seems to work, anyone got any ideas?

are you using the no-cd fix? have you done everything in the trainer troubleshooting guide?

Hi there thanks for replying, yes im using the no cd fix, does that matter?

sounds like something is interfering with the trainer's operations.. antivirus, antispyware, etc or it's the wrong version of the game.

BTW - try downloading the version that went public today and see if it works any better for you. if it does, then your security settings or apps are interfering with our personalized trainers.

The one i downloaded is the one released today, i've took out the anti virus, disabled the firewall, and closed all other programs, but it still wont work, its very strange as the promo version works fine, thanks for your reply.

Are you sure you downloaded the right version? Because the one released today wasn't actually released yet when you wrote your first message. If you downloaded it from another website then please re-download the one from us. Otherwise, re-download again and make sure the trainer graphic says 1.03.
