well i am with Man Utd(my fav. team ) in manager mode and i am trying to buy some player from arsenal like Fabregas i put the maximum cost that i can give but they never deal
what should i do!!!??

Simple, you can't buy from rival teams. Unless you have a stroke of luck, it's highly unlikely they'll deal with you.
