Here's the readme on the options:

Using this Trainer
------------------
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game.

Press F1 while you are WITHIN THE ACTUAL GAME, NOT THE MAIN MENU!

Listen for "ON". The trainer will then go about searching for
the code areas of the game. This may take several seconds.

Listen for "Activated".

If you hear "Trainer cannot find game.", you may have to press
F1 several times to capture all of the code areas until the
trainer finally says:

"Activated"

Press desired option key


Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 3: Save Position
Numpad 4: Teleport

Notes
-------

This game uses JAVA code and .NET code which scrambles the locations of code each time
the game is run. Also, the code areas get loaded dynamically. Note the altered procedure
when running the trainer/game above.

For Unlimited Ammo, you may have to fire in bursts for some weapons to see the ammo climb to 99.

For Save Position/Teleport, you must save your position and then when you are ready to teleport,
press ESC to pause the game and then select Teleport option. Return to the game and you will
see that you have teleported.

Trainer doesn't work here

I've pressed F1 in the main game, like explained in the readme,
but then I get the error:

"unexpected exception"

I'll test it on another PC tomorrow to see if its a
system-related error.

trainer only half works no unlimited life.
it take alot to get this trainer to work.

The trainer doesn't work for either health or ammo. When the ammo is activated, it crashes the game to my desktop.

this game was incredibly hard to train. the game is written in java and .net code (as described in the trainer instructions). if the trainer does not work for you or you have crashes;

1) something is blocking the trainer from injecting it's code into the game (such as virus checker, anti spyware, firewall, etc.)

2) trainer is having problems finding the random location of the java/net code

3) unknown! games of this type are hard to train because the code of the game gets created at runtime and placed in random locations at each time the game is run. there may be no good solution

you can try to see if something is blocking the trainer or try to use the cheat codes. i will not be doing any more work on this trainer-

how do you get by the broken bridge in the beginning

First slowly get down the broken bridge, and then you have to JUMP on the Wooden Barrel placed there and then jump upon the Box placed next to it. Note: There is a MED pack placed next to the Barrel and the Box.
After that again Jump on the broken bridge to get across.

Sometimes the proper location makes the Player's Jump easier.

So you have to try again and again. Even I was stuck here a bit, but I tried pressing the Crouch Button + Jump simultaneously for this to work. Though this is not necessary. Just try using the Jump Button properly.
