is this game better on console or on pc?i havent bought this game for pc or 360 im wondering which is it better on in your opinion 🤔

The PC version WILL have mods of some sort eventually, so I'd go with PC. Of course, the whole activation limit really sucks, and everyone is either forbidden to tell or doesn't know what will make you need to reactivate your copy. Add EA to the equation, and you get one big fat pile of crap, for both PC and 360.
Still though, mods + patches to fix EA's inevitable bugs (somewhat), and I'd go with PC, especially if you aren't planning on any upgrades to your rig any time soon.

I'd go with PC. Better control and eventual usermade mods.
