When you enter the castle go in the middle of the of the sun dial where the light is hitting zooom until you see half of his body by pressing x then press down to look up at the light and once you start flying find the switch and pound it

look into the clouds painted on the roof of the main hall,then you will teleport to a tower with a big red button on it.stomp on the button and you will unlock the wing cap.
