Uh... More info please. Using trainer? is the patch from the game menu or did you get it via a site

I got the patch from the gamespot, I have had the trainer too, but after I install the patch, it says "cannot find CNC3 DAT", pleeeeaaaase what should I do with the pacth so it could works???????

Rungame. go to online and downloadpatch or use the tool that used to be via the game menu and try it

so does it means that I have to reinstall the game, then run the game, and download the patch via the game menu????
how to use the mod??? should I download the mod tools first??

ya OK.
Patch 1.09 problem fixed now to help with your mod.
OK 1st do this: Put GLM1.8.big and GLM1.8_1.8SKUDEF in ''C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods''
when you finished 1st part continue to next 2nd
2nd: Go to your Start Menu on your computer > Then to Programs >Go to Electronic Arts > C&C 3 Tiberium Wars> C&C Tiberium Wars Control Center. Then the control center should pop up. > Then hit browse and you'll see a Mods tab at the top. Choose your Mod and hit the Launch Game Button. Hope this helps.
