Find file proba1_Other.cfg and open it with notepad.
Find entry: CRUSADERS_MANAMGEMENT_GIVE_GOLD_AFTER_BATTLE_WIN_MISSION_00=x and after equal mark write whatever you wand eg. 1000000. Finish first mission and after that you will get 1000000 gold. If not work change entry in line: CRUSADERS_MANAMGEMENT_GIVE_GOLD_AFTER_BATTLE_WIN_MISSION_01=x In my case work after second mission.
