Europa Universalis: Rome Message Board  

I'm having trouble loading a unit on a ship. I combines 4 ships it even says at the bottom can carry 4 units. I click on only 1 unit no ware does it say load unit I hold the curcer over the ships-nothing. Please tell me in varry detailed step by step how to do this

The ship can't be in a doc to load, it needs to be on open sea.
