In the Raiders Episode, when you are trying to escape through the city there is a part when you climb a tall ladder past the monkey with the dynamite and you reach a part on top of a building that has a dome on it, a barbeque grill and a water fountain. There doesn't seem to be a way out except back down the ladder but then there isn't a way to continue the episode. Can someone help? I hoope i explained the location right.

There is a greenish dome with a golf ball on top. On the side of the dome facing you is a green tab you can push to reveal some stairs, go up the stairs and "use" the ball.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'
