Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Endless Ammo Clip
Numpad 2: Calm Heart / Steady Aim
Numpad 3: Super Zoom - 2 Levels
Numpad 4: Try to Negate Wind


Notes
------

Before engaging any options, it is best to fire a single round and also use the scope
to cause the game to load it's code so that trainer will have a better chance of taking
hold.

This game uses JAVA for certain parts of it so this causes problems for trainer makers.
The game loads the code into memory dynamically, and in random code locations. Therefore
some options may work and then you will notice that at certain points it will reset and
will not work any longer. You will have to re-engage the option in these instances. It
is possible that due to the randomness of the code placement that some options may refuse
to work in certain locations. The best advice I can give is to try to deactivate and then
reactivate the option until it appears to be functioning.

When you press and option to turn it on, you will hear "activated" and then after a short
time, if the option takes hold, you will hear "On". You can then press the same key to
turn the option "Off" and "On", etc. If you hear "Deactivated" after a longer bit of time
then the option did not take hold and you can try to activate it again by repressing the key.
In some instances, you will have to reset options as stated above.
