I just download from direct 2 drive, i have version 1.2e and the trainer does:
In the mission mode, NOT SKIRMISH. Say's can't find trainer but seems to give the other team all the cheats. Dosn't look like much has been posted here in the last month i figured i would let you guys all know the info!

It doesn't work in Skirmish , haven't tried the missions yet, but it for sure doesn't work in Skirmish >
