Well I have 1 Complain about the game though.
You 'train' your members to such high skill but you can't get them to help in little things like Hacking and Salvaging. WTH?
I thought it would be like KOTOR where you can get Party Members to help when needed.
How come they can't apply the same controls with this game?

Um...yes it is. Bioware made both the first KOTOR game and Mass Effect.
As for training your team members...that still applies.
If you have a team member with you who has a high skill, for example, decryption. And if you have a low skill in decryption, I'm pretty sure you can use your party member's skill for things that need a high decryption skill.

Yeah, all your parties skills are pooled together. If you're a soldier, and you hack a lock--you are using someone else's skills to do it.
In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'
