There are cheat codes for this. First you have to modify the properties of the exe and add -console to the end. Like this example:

"C:\Program Files\Playlogic\Gene Troopers\GT.EXE" -console

And the cheats:

god=God Mode
maplist=Unlock All Levels


Here are some other cheats that gives you ammo, dna points, and health. But the 'give' command you have to use the game doesn't reognize it.

give dna=Give DNA Points*
give ammo=Give Ammunition*
give health=Give Life*

You have to right-click with your mouse on the Gene Troopers Icon and add -console to the properties. But ADD ONE SPACE between.
