I am still finding this trainer to have problems with the Squad Unlimited health feature. Sometimes

I am still finding this trainer to have problems with the Squad Unlimited health feature. Sometimes a squad member doesnt have unlimited health and dies even tho it is activated. Also I still find some of the enemies still have unlimited health. Anybody else experience this?
