I assume the ones posted are just UT3 cheats? The ammo and weapons ones (allammo, allweapons, loaded) don't work. Fly is useless as there is no jump key, so you just hover a foot off the ground. Ghost (noclip) works, and walk ends both ghost and fly. Haven't tested god mode yet.

Hrmm...
What are you getting with the allammo cheat? Ammo mods?

What seems strange to me is that you would need a cheat like allammo for a game that doesn't limit your ammunition...
Anyways, I have a few Console Commands that I have tested and that work:
giveall - Gives one of every weapon and modifier item level 1-X givexp # - Gives you the amount of experience points you specify setparagon # - sets your paragon to said value. setrenegade # - sets your renegade to said value.

Well I imagine it's a holdover from UT3 (as ME uses the Unreal3 engine).
The giveall command worked fine. Gives you all weapons, omni-tools, biotic amps, and mods. No armour though strangely. When you use this Shepherd also gets equipped with all the Spectre X weapons.

A couple of things after playing around for a bit.
The giveall command adds about 400 items to your inventory, but the inventory limit is 150 items (as it was in the Xbox 360 version). That means you can't buy or pick up any new items until you get rid of at least 250 items - either by selling them or by turning them into omnigel. Note that having that many items severely impacts the framerate in the shop buy/sell interface.
The min-max paragon and renegade values are about 1 to 300.
From the same Bioware forum thread I assume Gsccc got the codes he listed from -
givetalentpoints #
However it only gives talent points to Shepard, not the rest of the party.

Try ö or some of the other more rare keys... Example: For me in UE3 games the console key IS ö... Oh, but you need to edit a .ini file to access the console!
