later in the game you can get goblin punch from a chest droppin from waterfall minigame if u also have the qmc + store then you can buy one of those materia and fuse them together to get the best attack in the game called costly punch
Armor: Gravios X / Narga X Gunlances or anything that can get the job done. All I ever need.

i did a fusion really early in the game when i first got fusion. i fused blizzard(mastered) and a hp up i think. i got a curaga out of it. it was cool cuz i hadnt even gotten cura yet or mastered te regular cure. it was a really good fusion i think.
