To get the wing cap go to the 1st floor and you will see a light comeing down when you have about 10 stars. When you do, look up into the light and you will be at a stage with the wing cap switch

To get the metel cap you have to go to hazy maze cave which is in the basement in the door with the black puddle. You have to go in the room with the swimming beast where star 1 is. Jump on the beast and butt-slam on him and run on his head. When he goes near the platform with a door (not the one with the red gate blocking the way) and go through the doors. There should be another black puddle. Jump in. and you have to push the button for metel fun.

To get the vanishing cap you have to drain the water near the castle to gain accsess to a hole jump in the hole and you have to push the button to have invisibility.
