for those of you that want to know how to deploy your man power in this scenario

your first alarm I suggest splitting your team in 2 units send the paramedic in tospecfically used for rescue fight fire in defense only send himupstairs theatre mall with one ff

use your pumper to suppress fire outside with 2 firemen
when you have handle on accident scene send your gound unit 2 ff to the west the bride is going to collapse and bury police men rescue them asap if not u lose the game quickly

inside your lone fireman is suppressing fire on ground floor make him turn electricity on have continue fighting blaze till out have him join ur team up top for suppression and rescue efforts

make sure you keep fire out side from spreading or you will lose
game

second alarm arrives use ladder truck chopper crash deploy to that scene send two men up for rescue move medic unit closer

have two other men start suppressing park fire
3rd alarm arrive s have entire unit deploy to park fire send two men to building next to park to begin rescue and fire suppression efforts use pumper 3rd alarm in park if fire is out at accident scene and theater and objectives send men and equipment to park approach from the east deploy men into building to northwest to help in fire suppression and rescue efforts
be sure and rescue gang bangers trapped at top of building to southwest

when rescue are complete you can martial your forces and gather them in trucks for redeployment to finish fire suppression

i lost 1 civillian in this and the park relics
