I'm at 93.33% atm. As far as I can tell just the 30 Most Wanted missions and the QUB3D high score left to get.

About 15% but I am not really in a hurry to beat GTA4. I want to take my time with the game and enjoy it.

Hrmm...well I'm now at 97.08%. I've done everything that I thought you needed to do to get 100%. I've got all the single player achievements except Rolled Over (flip a car 5 times), Liberty City Minute (complete story missions in under 30 hours), and Key to the City (get 100% completion). Can't figure out what's left to do.
EDIT: Aha! Done - 100% at last. It turns out that only full games of bowling count and I had only ever played half games. Plus I hadn't taken Brucie to see a show. Did both of those and that knocked over the last couple of percent. Here's a useful checklist for those trying to get 100% - Link
