Sins of a Solar Empire Message Board  

Well, apparently, after installing patch 1.04, the game will no longer start up as it did before. As soon as I start the game, the usual fullscreen goes to window mode and the game just stops. My mouse still works, but I can only see it when I move it to a part of the screen showing any of the corners NOT covered by the windowed game screen. I can close the game by either right clicking in the task bar or just hitting alt-F4. After which, I get a MiniDump error with a temp file labeled Sins-v1.00-2008-05-10-17-36-36-2664-4760.dmp. I have no idea why the game no longer runs, since it worked fine before. All my drivers were updated prior to installation, but after 1.04, it's stopped working, even after I reinstall the game with the patch gone. Anyone have any ideas?
