What version of the game are people using for this trainer? I cannot get it to work.
I start the trainer, then use it to start the game. I load up a game, and hit M and J, but nothing. When I buy something, my money goes down, and if I launch into space and fire missiles, they go down.
What am I doing wrong or what haven't I done?

I'm not really sure what might be causing that, but if you use the lock shields, health, and money trainer, it gives you 115 million credits when you sell something. And it gave me unlimited countermeasures, so I guess it could also give you unlimited missiles, which is kinda stupid because Missiles don't really do that much damage in the long run(I personally like to just buy some good weapons or find the Jade and Diamondback, which do more damage than missiles in a short amt. of time). I would go with the other trainer, if I were you. Then, if you're looking for a crapload of money, you can download Tsearch found in the Tutorials And Guides section of this site and find the address for the money in the game(which I can give you) and fix it where it won't decrease and so you can have 999 mil in the game.
Sorry for this long paragraph, but I hope this helps. Just type back here for more questions.

Still no joy. I start the other trainer, then start the game. Load up my saved game and then hit J, K, L, and M. I then go to a dealer and buy an item but it doesn't give me money, just takes it away as usual. Am I supposed to hit the keys at a specific place such as in space or at the main menu?

Hmm... I guess we could start with the basics like, do you double click the icon for the trainer(on your desktop) before starting the game? Because that's what activates and tells the trainer to start working. If that isn't the case, I would try presing j, k, l, and m several times each to make sure they activate(that's what I do). I this doesn't work, then I don't know what else to try.

Do you have to start the trainer from a desktop shortcut? I just have them saved in my Freelancer directory with the .exe and just open up explorer and open them that way. Will try a desktop shortcut. Don't see how it will make any difference however..

Man, I am really stumped. If this doesn't work, then I don't see any other solution to the problem. 🤔
