I have found that with most other valve games you have to enter sv_cheats 1 first then use cheats.
Hope this helps.

Dudes if this works like all the other CSs then after writing "sv_cheats 1" you should write "restart" and then you'll be able to write in the codes.[No captions] Also a good idea is to write this: bind p "impulse 101"-exactly like this with captions and everytime you press P you'll get money.
