Ok so i want to get the achievment.. But i cant get 4 stars... i always either get 3 stars or 6... anyone know an easy way?

I'm pretty sure it only has to be a minimum of 4 stars, anything else really wouldn't make any sense.
There's a really easy way to do this. At the very top of the map on the small island where you get your second safehouse. There's a place where the subway tracks are open below the road. Go there and shoot things until you get 4 stars. Then jump down and keep running into the subway tunnel. In about 30 seconds you will have run far enough into the tunnel to be past the search radius and you got the achievement. I just did this earlier today so I guarantee it'll work.
