Does anyone know if this trainer will affect the gamertag? Because Microsoft has recently announced they were tracking down on those who cheats and the cheaters will have a little tag next to their gamertag showing they've been a cheater.

not sure but best thing to do is disable connection to the internet and rename the kaneandlynch.exe file it's the security cataloge file for the GFWL it might work after the change it might not.
so be carefull it doesn't always work

tried it on fallout 3 no problems as long as the cheating is minimal
