Hey creeper, I'm in america atm and will be for he next month so I can't check about cooldowns. Only thing I can think of is look through the files however if I remember rightly its timed on blood usage so the higher levels meen higher cooldowns... yeah so I don't think they will be editable :\ but a 30min skim through the files and you might find something maybe. Quick tip for missile weapons, set them to level 5/10 so u can fire them often. Level 2000 missiles are a 1hit kill but cooldown is hours!
