Campaign Cheat:

Select one of your territory, then press:

ALT + M = Money
ALT + O = Oil

works fine...

alt+m gives 1000$
alt+o gives 1000 oil
alt+b finishes everything in queue on the current territory
theres one for research aswell, cant remember if its alt+t or something
