Actually there was no problem with the alcohol in the game.

The problem they had with it was the drugs, ie: morphine.

They've since renamed it not only for australia, but for all regions. Every country will be now receiving the edited version.

i justy tryd a demo of this game,grafic is crap its basicly the same as F2, i was walking around a bit when to guys jumpt me, i had one guy whit me, i died he tok them down, i laying on the ground cant move, unable to quit whiout doing the ctrl+alt+delete, well this is just a demo, i thought they wud have done somenting about the grafic,

i may or may not get this game, i hope main game is better
