People quiting online on Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock XBox 360 Message Board - Page 1

I've been playing GHIII online quite a bit lately, trying to get "The Long Road Ahead" achievement , and everytime I beat somebody in a song by a lot of points, the next song I play about 75% of the time the quit.

This makes me go, Wtf? It doesn't make them lose any ranks or anything, so why quit?

I understand that it really doesn't affect my online play in any way, but it still annoys me that people quit whenever I'm winning, when I'm just trying to enjoy playing the song.

Anyone else play a lot of quiters?

(Btw, I play on expert and win most of my matches)

I do If u r killing them they think that it's not fun...

But at least finish the song!!!

Yea, it happens to me a lot.

Sometimes though if I quit its because I dropped my guitar or I was just doing absolutley horrible compared to what I normally do. But I don't quit out much.

Oh...and I have an epic story. I totally owned this guy online on One (by atleast 300K) and he didn't quit out. He sent me a message afterwards...nothing suprising. Its usually people saying, "wow you're good" or "good game" or something like that. But no. His said D**k in hairy ass = you. Personally, I would have rathered him quit out then send that...but hell, it gave me a good laugh.

I pride myself in having not quit a game ever.
I don't often lose, but when I do, it's usually when I'm doing horrible. So I lose... hard. But I've never quit.

Same thing goes for playing H3. I've completed at least 3 Big Team Battles (8 vs 8) by myself because the rest of my team quit.

Lol, I get messages like that a lot, and a lot of times they accuse me of hacking.

yes when i challange them to TFAF and then they give up in the beggining
