One thing vista users can do to avoid program issues is to temperally turn off the acc controll feature , this will allow you to run programs with out having to run as admin every time .Though windows will tell you it is a security risk , you can just reenable it when ever your done .Alot of times I have noticed with programs and things that require a key code .If the acc controll is on , even if you "do" run the program or install , when it comes time to enter a key code it will accept the code , but , it will not make the required changes to the registry .There for the next time you load the program or what ever , it will still be asking for the key code .So it's best to turn off the acc contorll when installing anything new and avoid this problem all together and like i said just re enable it when your done .
