application error. 0x10C1 the memory could not be read.
I'm using the steam version of the game.

Try using the no-cd fix on the Steam version as outlined in the trainer troubleshooting guide. We don't have the Steam version to test but someone else mentioned that it's working fine on their Steam version.

This could also be a problem with a third party or security app on your system interfering with the trainer's memory space. Go through all the steps in the trainer troubleshooting guide.

uhmmm, the trainer do the error or the game?
when the game crash try to play it in offline mode, i remember that dark messiah check for a new version when you are still with steam online.. then the german bloodpatch dont work maybe its the same with assassins creed or as PW wrote anti-virus tool ar something like that block the trainer for changing the memory adress, another try is did you have DEP enblaed in Windows, put the triner in the exception list and try again
