Performance, because in the end that's what gets you into the winner's circle, and not a fancy visual schematic.

I do my visuals first and performance last. I have more fun driving a uniquely modded car. For me,performance is secondary.

performance is always on my 1st place...better spend money on new engine than on body kits...and paint is free so i just paint it black.[Edited by LoopDaLoop, 4/8/2008 7:53:42 AM]

I use a money trainer,so I got millions of dollars to use,meaning I can opt for mods over performance.

performance is what gets you the money for design so id say performance
