Did you press f1 at the main menu ?

I have the Steam version of the game and it does not work. I can load the trainer, load the game, activate it at the main menu and load a skirmish game but the second the game finishes loading, it crashes to desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, the trainer doesn't work with the current Steam version.

Im sorry to be a pain but I was hoping you can help me, I just downloaded the trainer for command and conquer 3 Kane's wrath and its not working at all. I double click on the trainer shortcut but it comes up with:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I've tried running it as administrator, ive made my firewall accept it and done everything else I can think of but It continues to come up with that error message. Ive deleted it and redownloaded it as well but again still the same problem. As for my game version, it all matches and it is retail not Steam so thats not a problem. Is there anything im missing? thanks for your time.

completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer.

Would you re-write the add-on for our convenience ?

I believe regular old vanilla C&C 3 suffers from the same issue when launched via Steam.

If memory serves applying the Fixed-EXE patch from various sources (GameCopyWorld e.g.) might resolve the issue.

I'm currently unable to test this, for some reason GCW is preventing me from downloading said patch and I'm too lazy/paranoid to look for other sources.

I have the steam version and the trainer locks up the game when it is activated. Requiring a ctrl-alt-del and end task. Is there any plans to release a new version?
