If you mean trainer than use the trainers they have all work with each game

There isnt a trainer for CNC 95 i dont even think anyone wants to play it anymore

Okay, so I only play Tiberian Dawn for the nostalgia kick, but I do play it on occasion.

And you are correct, TMH, to my knowledge there is no trainer available for C&C '95. There is a good unit editor that's available here on CH. It should be enough to get you through.
