If you don`t wanna wait to unlock that level you can simply download the CoD4(I don`t know the real name but I think it is Unlocker)

Airdip's right . cheating in single-player is ok but multi-player ?
and if u cheat in multiplayer ur propably a n000000000000000b

and if we were in aa game i would probably do this

There's a program called "CoD4-MP_Rank55" but i personally didnt used it to cheat i used it cause i had to reformat my computer and didn't wanted to start all over again so u'll know wether ur a noob.
P.S if any CHEATHAPPENS administrator doesnt like this post ERASE IT!!

play through levels i'm sue u will enjoy more

Make a Backup of your character/s and saves periodically so if you reform nothing is lost.
