I realy need help in Croft Manor. Firstly cant find the Grapple. Also i know where the gun is but dont know how to get out of the room. PLEASE HELP.

The Grapple is in the garden Maze. You need to get the arrow head like thing in one of the upper rooms in the manor to open the gates to the garden.
