we no longer own this game, nor have it installed. the trainers are as-is at this point

WHAT?? You no longer have a game from 2007 installed whilst working on more relevant titles such as GTAv or W3, or even Crysis 3... Crazy, I think the world is coming to an end!

F4 Key: 99 Nano Upgrade Points - once you are able to upgrade your
suit, press this key and then press 'H' to enter the
upgrade menu. You will have 99 points. You may have to
collect at least 1 point normally and/or wait until the
game allows you to upgrade as part of the story to use
your points.

after I get my first 4 points, I entered with H, quit again, press F4, entered back with F4 and seen 99 points. spend 1 point, and have seen then 3. PRess F4 again and have seen 99. spend annother point and seen 2.

Not working correctly. Only F4 option.

I don't think that the 64-bit trainer is on the server anymore. 32-bit trainer doesn't work at all.
