Without giving away too many details, go to the Arcane University and speak to Raminus Polus about a cure. He'll refer you to Count Hassildor of Skingrad, who in turn will refer you to a certain witch. She'll send you on an ingredient hunt of major proportions - but at the end you'll have a cure.

Or, you could just use a console command to get the cure using a cheat code.

    and...

if you've beaten the main storyline, you can't get the cure from the quest because of a glitch

or you could go to the testinghall by typing in coc testinghall and get anything in the game, including the cure
    ugh
