Here's the readme on the options:

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 3: Unlimited Grenades
Numpad 4: Zoom Level 1
Numpad 5: Zoom Level 2
Numpad 6: Zoom Level 3
Numpad 0: Zoom Off
Numpad +: Save Position
Numpad -: Teleport
Numpad /: Undo Teleport
Numpad *: Super Jump
Numpad 7: No Recoil
Numpad 8: Perfect Aim
Numpad .: Adrenaline Rush
F1: Titan Damage
F2: Shoulder Spy Unit
F3: Cycle Spy Selection

Notes:

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - You cannot by killed by normal means. If you fall from extreme heights and don't deploy a parachute, you will die not matter what.

Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo - all of your weapons and supplies are unlimited.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Grenades - never run out of grenades.

Numpad 4: Zoom Level 1 - when using rifles with scopes, including certain assault rifles, this will modify the zoom distance

Numpad 5: Zoom Level 2 - when using rifles with scopes, including certain assault rifles, this will modify the zoom distance

Numpad 6: Zoom Level 3 - when using rifles with scopes, including certain assault rifles, this will modify the zoom distance

Numpad 0: Zoom Off - turns zoom level modifications off. You may have to right click twice to see the effect removed.

Numpad +: Save Position
Numpad -: Teleport
Numpad /: Undo Teleport

Numpad *: Super Jump vaults you into the air. If you do this too many times, you will be out of bounds of the game and it may kill you and also you may need to deploy your chute from extreme falls.

Numpad 7: No Recoil - your weapon will not kick when fired.

Numpad 8: Perfect Aim - you have perfect aim to where you are shooting in all circumstances. The crosshairs will stay put!

Numpad .: Adrenaline Rush - turn this on to allow your unit to move much more quickly.

F1: Titan Damage - gunfire from any unit to any type unit/vehicle provides incredible damage. Most units will die instantly. You can shoot tanks with your pistol and blow them up. Be careful as this will also work on friendly units.

F2: Shoulder Spy Unit - activates the shoulder spy unit. You will instantly be attached to the shoulder of nearby units, even enemy units. You can also fire your weapon from the shoulder unit. Shoot an enemy in the back of the head from the unit or fire at his teammates. Also you can fire from the unit from the shoulders of friendly units.

F3: Cycle Spy Selection - this allows you to cycle to the available units with the spy unit. Note that the allowable units to have the spy unit on their shoulders changes with location and other factors. If you can't get to certain units or keep seeing the same units, turn the Spy Unit off, and move or wait a bit and try again.

For Teleport, you cannot move between areas that require the game to load.
