Ok to play/upload them download the CNC3 Map manager.(legal so bugg off neo).

Ok then go download some...
Once you do that, Put them in a folder easy to reach as back up.



Go to the Map manager open it and hit File>Import or Import Folder It depends on user to user because how they saved the map.( i do import)(below is a pic showing in detail) as seen hereLink

The first pic(the one without a box around it,...i mean the one that takes up the entire pic(has all the map folders))should be what you upload. DOnt upload the Single map files inside the folder(the pics with red or black boxes).

I know its confusing because i just quickly put this up due to the PM i got.(will edit to make clearer when i get chance)
