Since alot of people are having trouble with the GOD option I thought I should help:
Step 1: Turn on the trainer. Step 2: Run the Game Step 3: Enable tequila bomb option. Step 4: When health runs low press the "1 key" rapidly. Step 5: Kick some ***!
