Your AntiVirus / Security software blocks access to the trainer created tmp file in the "Work" folder, you will need to make an exclusion for the "work" folder and for the trainer itself. you can find information about this for the AV you use here Link. AV scan history/log files and quarantine (if available) need to be deleted in security software.

Work folder can be found here: C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\

I had to turn off alot in my AV for it to work.
My Aurora folder is excluded. But all of a sudden it stopped working.
Man I wish CH would put this cheat in Aurora. Everything just works there.

Everytime I download a trainer for some game, the trainer I get trys to open internet explorer and that's it, it doesn't open it self. None works for me except for aurora, it works fine.

Look at the post above yours. This is super old template and the injection code that we use and the fact our trainers have DRM embedded (old trainers) is false positive for some over zealous anti virus. It will block injection or block files. You will have to make exclusions.
