I dont think so.Cheathappens doesnt aproves cheats on a multiplayer enviroment(PWIZARD should be sayng this)

Do you mean the downloaded version? If so, then yes they work, but you need to get a No-CD .exe and exchange your MTW2 .exe with it to run properly.
