I hope someone can help me a bit. I have no idea what to do to tune a car and when i try it seems to make it worse. so can someone give me some advice on the best cars for drift and grip that either dont need to be tuned (just upgraded) or tell me what to do to tune them. I am barely squicking by in both catagories and lose a ton of cash repairing my grip cars after i trash them in the races. Oh i forgot to mention i am horrible at racing. cant seem to control the cars very well. I am doing great in drag and well enough in speed. but really need some advice for grip and drift please. thank you

For grip use a Lancer EVO X, Porsche 911 Turbo, or Pagani Zonda. You can use the cheat MITSUBISHIGOFAR to get a free Lancer but it's pretty cheap so it's not really needed. The Porsche handles really well, you need to be able to control it really well to make it an effective grip car. The Pagani Zonda is incredibly expensive and I'm guessing you don't have enough money, buy it later on if you want. I've used all of them and I guarantee they're all very good.
For drift use the Nissan Silvia S15 or Mazda RX-7.

Grip=Evo,the older or newer, doesn't matter. Both are ideal, and will do fine with nothing more than the packages. Drift=03 Mustang. A delight with nothing but the packages.

SuperSkyline89 pretty much hit the nail on the head. I agree with him.

Thanks. Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if cars didn't exist. Because I'm not really that greatly interested in much else. My whole future career is even based on my love of cars.

I too tend to live for cars. I've loved them since I was knee high to a grapevine. Cars is my greatest passion.
