Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Life
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 3: Unlimited Clip / No Reload
Numpad 4: Save Position
Numpad 5: Teleport
Numpad 6: Undo Teleport
Numpad 7: Hover Jump

Notes
------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Life - You cannot be killed. May not work in all instances, vehicles, or in scripted events.

Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo - You have unlimited bullets for your rifles/guns.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Clip / No Reload - Your current clip will never deplete.

Numpad 4: Save Position - Save your position

Numpad 5: Teleport - Teleport to saved position

Numpad 6: Undo Teleport - Undo the teleport

Numpad 7: Hover Jump - This will launch you instantly into the air, and once you are there, you will hover until you move, and then you will fall to earth. You will die if you don't have Unlimited Life enabled. You can fire your weapon from here. Be careful where you Hover Jump! It's probably best to begin moving a direction while you are falling to prevent you from dying in most cases.
