I have not heard of anyone else who has used it but my drag car is an rx-8 with level 3 upgrades and no tuning(i cant tune right) it will do the quarter in 7.2 with a nitro boost. it wont wheelie so i have a challanger as well. the challenger will pull a wheelie down the entire track with no tuning. my challenger has lv 3 upgrades. with these cars i have done over 150 drag races and not lost one.

True. You can over do it with performance and screw up the car.

I've never tried anything but muscle cars in the drag but most likely the level 4 parts bring the power to levels beyond the available traction and you lose precious seconds struggling for grip.

Agreed, but modern muscles (i.e. Shelby GT500, Corvette C6) have adequate traction to cope with all this power. They start with high level 2 traction, and can reach low-to-mid level 4 traction when upgraded.
