Ok i have one sim in a nice house. I call to invite someone over or have a party and no one will leave the perimeter of the game. They show up on the edge of the page and just stand there. they never move anywhere but to go back home and when i send my guy out there he can't even click on them to talk with them. it is if they are not here. What did i do that makes it do that? I dont have anything visible in the way. And how can i fix it? Thanks!

Try going over and talking to them?
Do they have their own house? If not make them one.

Hey there. Heard your delema and now I have to ask you this. Have you done two different cheats that remove the "Mail box" or gives you editing powers to change your lot? o.O If so you may need to uninstall your game and then reinstall it. That is what it took me to fix that problem. I hope this has helped. OH and this is a touch of bad news.... You will loose your games. Don't even try to save them. So, remember that some cheats may completely harm your gaming experience.
