Here's the readme on the options:

Using this Trainer
------------------
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 while you are playing game.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Infinite Health
Numpad 2: Infinite Ammo
Numpad 3: No Reload
Numpad 4: Mega Clips- Your Reloads net you 1000 rounds. Turn off No Reload.
Numpad 5: Infinite Running
Numpad 6: Save Position
Numpad 7: Teleport
Numpad 8: Undo Teleport
Numpad 9: Super Jump

Notes:
-=-=-=-

For Teleport, you cannot move between areas that require the game to load.

I initially wanted this trainer but this is before i played this game and to be quite honest my god this game is rough its like going back in time 5 years i bought myself one of the best G-Cards on the market and this game just doesnt honour it at all Shame..

Again many thx for the quick work on the trainer im sure theres sumone out there who will n-joy this game for me ill stick to cod4.

should add some kind of god mode for the tanks and stuff you drive to..

Yeah, this is the missing link in the trainer A inf health for vehicles is much appreciated. My tank blew many times while trying to bring the scientist to safety.

when we get through the list of games we have now we will revisit this one-
