Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 while you are playing game. Note you must be in the game with your character active to activate the Trainer.
Listen for "Activated"
Press desired option key

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Oxygen
Numpad 3: Unlimited Battery Power
Numpad 4: Save Position
Numpad 5: Teleport
Numpad 6: Undo Teleport

Notes:
-=-=-=-

For Teleport, you cannot move between areas that require the game to load.
For Unlimited Health, scripted deaths such as freezing burning, falling, etc. will still kill you-

Just want to report a slightly annoying problem with the trainer: Its not working for me
I follow the exact instructions in the trainer text document:
Launch the trainer, launch the game, press f1 (ingame) and then the desired option keys.
I tried first to use the flashlight to see if the battery depleted after half a minute or so like it would without the trainer, and it did.
I also encountered a hostile NPC and let it dammage me, while i watched my health which also depleated rapidly.
Am I doing something wrong?
Any hints or tips to try?
Any suggestions much appreciated.
If not i'll be waiting for a fix for the trainer
